The challenge
Engineering and front-office teams needed visibility when a room device failed or a guest reported that curtains, lights, fan, or AC did not respond.
How it was solved
Created an admin panel with room-level device status, command logs, manual override controls, and reusable automation templates for different room categories.
Outcome
Reduced troubleshooting time for in-room IoT issues and gave hotel teams a maintainable control surface beyond the guest TV interface.
