Guests expected hotel TVs to do more than broadcast channels — they needed an easy way to discover services, promotions, and hotel information using only the TV remote.
How it was solved
Built TV-optimized guest portal apps for LG webOS, Samsung Tizen, and Samsung Smart TV with remote-friendly navigation, CMS content blocks, and API-backed service menus.
Outcome
Improved guest self-service discovery on hotel TVs and reduced repetitive front-desk questions about hotel amenities.
