The challenge
Hotel operations teams needed to update TV content and channel packages quickly across different room types without calling engineers for every change.
How it was solved
Developed a CodeIgniter-based CMS with role-based access, channel lineup editor, VOD assignment, and scheduled content publishing for lobby and in-room displays.
Outcome
Enabled non-technical hotel staff to maintain IPTV content independently and roll out updates across properties faster.
